Le forcené âgé de 17 ans s'est rendu vers 15h30, interpellé par le Raid, près d'une heure après avoir libéré Arthur, journaliste, qu'il retenait en otage depuis la fin de matinée, à la radio Latitude à Pont Sainte Marie.
Recherché pour avoir proféré des menaces à l’encontre des forces de l’ordre et du personnel hospitalier, il a été maîtrisé après une intervention mouvementée.
A la suite d'une perte de contrôle, un véhicule a fait plusieurs tonneaux. Les trois personnes à bord ont été blessées dont deux grièvement
